ORDERS PLACED BY 12 PM EST ARE PROCESSED, PACKED, & SHIPPED THE SAME BUSINESS DAY.
BeautyNation.com considers EVERY order Urgent. Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day! Orders placed after 3 PM EST and/or on Saturday will ship the following business day. Your delivery time will vary on the shipping option you choose.
What do we mean by same-day shipping?
All orders placed before 12 pm EST on Business Days are processed, packed, and shipped the same day!
What if I placed an order after 12 pm EST on Business Days?
Your Order will be processed, packed, and shipped the following day.
What if I placed an Order on the Weekend?
Orders placed on Fridays are not guaranteed to ship on Saturdays; however, it is quite possible that it may be shipped due to certain circumstances. All orders placed on Saturdays will ship out on Monday.
Free Shipping*
All orders over $100 with a shipping address within the Continental United States are eligible for free shipping. Shipping addresses outside the continental U.S.A. are not eligible for free shipping and customers will be able to choose from various shipping options with the most competitive rates.
Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, it is not guaranteed. Depending on items purchased, UPS will be used to ship your order. UPS may reflect different delivery time frames based on the weight of the package and the destination. You are to notify us should you require a signature for your delivery.
Additional Shipping Information:
All items are shipped via U. S. Priority Mail which is approximately a 2-3 business day delivery service. Under some circumstances, USPS may delay deliveries that are out of our control. All orders shipped include tracking information that is emailed or texted depending on the option you have chosen for communication.
You will get an e-mail or SMS notice when your package ships out with the ship date and your delivery tracking number. However, it may take time for the information to post to the US Postal Service website.
DISCLAIMER: (Priority Mail and UPS) In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
How long is the processing & handling time?
BeautyNation.com values your time and processes orders quite urgently. Delivery time will vary on the shipping speed you select. *Shipping to some areas will not be guaranteed. BeautyNation.com has the right to deny any order at will.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Orders:
Once a package has been delivered and confirmed as "Delivered" by the USPS or UPS, The Beauty Nation is not liable for orders that are Lost, Stolen, or Missing. All orders that fall under "Delivered" must file a claim with the corresponding delivery service: USPS or UPS. However, if there is no delivery confirmation by the provided Delivery Service, we will thoroughly investigate the claim. Please allow up to 30 Days for our investigation. Once it is confirmed that the package has not reached its destination due to unknowable reasons, we will issue a full refund.
Notice:
We provide an option for Signature Confirmation ($2 Surcharge) that is provided to you at checkout. It is your responsibility to decide and ensure that your order is received accordingly. We recommend this option if you aren't physically able to be present to receive or feel that the address you are located is prone to package theft. If your order qualifies for Free shipping, please notify us to include a signature upon delivery should you have any concerns.
